What happens when you send this

We read it ourselves and get back to you, usually within a day.

The first conversation is about what you already have: the size of your solar, whether there is a battery and what inverter runs it, whether an EV is in the picture, and which plan you are on. That is enough for us to model your place properly and tell you what tuning it is actually worth.

If the answer is “not much”, we will say so. EnergyPilot is an ongoing service rather than a one-off hardware sale, so there is nothing in it for us in signing up a system with little to gain.

Going ahead does not always mean new hardware. A good deal can be done with the system you already have, by changing what it does and when. Where our black box would add something, it arrives by post with instructions, connects to your router and your energy system, and you do not need to be technical to put it in.

No obligation at any point, and nothing on your system is changed until you say so.
